His service was above and beyond expected in that he spent time listening to understand. He was especially kind to our tenent who had concerns also about a type of bug she showed him and squirrels. Brandon explained everything clearly and took extra time to treat us with the utmost respect. He is a stellar employee!! Thank You! He also taught me so much about preventing critters by discouraging them and knowing the seasons and what to expect. Also, whenever I have phoned the company I have been happy with the knowledgable people who answer my questions.
