Auto Pay Billing Procedure and Terms:

Billing for monthly installments. By submitting this agreement, you have authorized Ford’s Hometown Services (“FHS” herein) to charge your debit/credit card for your monthly installments. Monthly payments will be charged the same day (based on the start date of sign-up) each month in (12) twelve equal installments starting in January. Installments are based on your total annual contract price (see contract). For new applicants, all payments owed or missed in earlier months will be charged immediately to preserve on-going equal installments over the remaining months of the year. 

The cost of any recommended optional service(s) is not included within the annual installment program and will be deducted in full immediately after service(s) are rendered within that installment period in addition to the normal installment payment amount. Any service(s) rendered will be charged before termination of this Auto Pay agreement. 

FHS has the right to increase prices annually. If annual prices are increased, it will happen in January to keep the integrity of equal installments throughout the season. Price change notification will be sent in writing later in our spring letter. 

Uncollectable Service Charge:

A $10 service charge will be applied in the event that your monthly installment/additional service charge(s) are returned uncollectable. It is YOUR responsibility to notify FHS of any lost, stolen, cancelled, or change of card information (including updating expiration dates). FHS reserves the right to discontinue Auto Pay at any time.

Cancellation of Auto Pay:

The Auto Pay option can be cancelled at any time. All payment installments received since January for the following season will be credited to applicable account(s), unless accounts are also cancelled (see cancellation terms). If account(s) are cancelled, installments will be refunded (if applicable), minus any services rendered. 

Cancellation of Auto Pay does not cancel your account or contract of terms with Ford’s Hometown Services. 

Cancellation of your service account (see below) will terminate this Auto Pay agreement. 

To cancel the monthly Auto Pay billing, contact FHS at billing@fordshometown.com.  Please print and save the cancel confirmation as proof of cancellation. Or call (508)-459-3714.

*Service Account Cancellation Policy is as follows:

FHS will return each spring to automatically resume its annual program(s). Notification with intent to cancel must be made after the final service from the prior year and before March 15th of the following spring. If you wish to cancel the following year’s annual program(s), FHS must be notified in writing via registered mail, return receipt requested, or email at cancellations@fordshometown.com before the March 15th deadline date. Please specify service(s) and account # to be cancelled. Please print and save the cancel confirmation as proof of cancellation. A phone call or any other cancellation notification other than what is described in the above terms is not accepted under FHS cancellation policy.

Under our security practices and policies, access to personally identifiable information is authorized only for those who have a business need for such access and are retained as long as necessary for business or legal needs and destroyed upon disposal. All records are secured & protected under PCI compliance for data security requirements. FHS will NEVER sell customer information to any third party.
