Auto Pay Billing Procedure and Terms:


Billing for monthly installments. By submitting this agreement, you have authorized Ford’s Hometown Services to bill your debit/credit card for your monthly installments. Your account(s) will be billed on or shortly following the 17th of each month in (12) twelve equal installments starting in January. Installments are based on your total annual contract price (see contract). For new applicants, all payments owed or missed in earlier months will be charged immediately to preserve on-going equal installments over the remaining months of the year. 

The cost of any recommended optional service(s) is not included within the annual installment program and will be deducted in full immediately after service(s) are rendered within that installment period in addition to the normal installment payment amount. Any service(s) rendered will be charged before termination of this Auto Pay agreement. 

If annual rates are increased, it will happen in the month of January after your previous rate expires. Monthly rates will increase immediately in January to keep the integrity of equal installments. Price change notification will be sent later in writing later in our Spring letter. 

Auto Pay Changes:

In order to change the billing account for the 17th day of the month, Ford’s Hometown Services requires notification of change by the 10th day of the month.

Uncollectable Service Charge:

A $10 service charge will be applied in the event that your monthly installment/additional service charge(s) are returned uncollectable. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Ford’s Hometown Services of any lost, stolen, cancelled, or change of card information (including updating expiration dates). Ford’s Hometown Services reserves the right to discontinue Auto Pay at any time.

Cancellation of Auto Pay:

The Auto pay option can be cancelled at any time. All payment installments received since January for the following season will be promptly refunded back to the customer, minus any services rendered. 

Cancellation of Auto Pay does not cancel your account or contract of terms with Ford’s Hometown Services. 

Cancellation of your service account (see below) will terminate this Auto Pay agreement. 


To cancel the monthly Auto Pay billing, contact Ford’s Hometown Services at billing@fordshometown.com.  Please print and save the cancel confirmation as proof of cancellation. Or call (508)-459-3714.

*Service Account Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Ford’s Hometown Services Inc. will return each Spring to automatically resume its annual program(s). Notification with intent to cancel must be made after the final service from the prior year and before March 15th of the following Spring. If the customer wishes to cancel the following year’s annual program(s), the customer must notify Ford’s Hometown Services Inc. in writing via registered mail, return receipt requested, or email at cancellations@fordshometown.com before the March 15th deadline date. Please specify service(s) and account # to be cancelled. Please print and save the cancel confirmation as proof of cancellation. A phone call or any other customer cancellation notification other than what is described in the above terms is not accepted under Ford’s Hometown Service Cancellation Policy.

Privacy Policy: Under our security practices and policies, access to personally identifiable information is authorized only for those who have a business need for such access, and sensitive records are retained only as long as necessary for business or legal needs and destroyed before disposal. All records are secured & protected under current data security requirements.
