What's The Bug Club all about? The Bug Club is a great chance to get up close and personal with a variety of insects and reptiles from around the world, and create a birthday party or event that neither your guests nor the birthday kid will ever forget! It is a truly unique experience that is both fun and educational, making it perfect for a birthday party or a school class.

Can the Bugs I Meet come to My School?
Of course they can! The Bug Club is a great addition to your class' science unit or your schoolwide event. All school year long, we can come to your classroom to teach the class about everything buggy.

Our flexible schedule means we can tailor our appearance to your school day. For $175, we will present a one hour show and can add additional shows for only $75 more per show at the same location.

Each show's audience can be a maximum of:

  • 20 students in Kindergarten through Third Grade
  • 32 students for Grades Four through Twelve

We invite you to visit our award-winning insectarium featuring a large collection of local insects and an exotic display of live insects collected from various parts of the world. Every child who becomes an official member of The Bug Club receives a "Bug Bag" filled with surprises and an official Bug Club certificate verifying membership!

Ford's Hometown Services is located on Grove Street in Worcester, MA. Our showroom includes a retail section offering a wide variety of pest control products available for home or business use. We bring our ever-changing creature collection to schools, clubs and other civic organizations…by invitation only, of course!

Bug Club Packages

Basic Package

Basic packages begin at $175 for an hour-long presentation where you can look at, touch, and learn about our creepy critters. The package includes magnets and an official Bug Club Member certificate for the Birthday Boy or Girl.

Add Bug Bags, full of buggy toys and gadgets, for only $5 per bag.

Deluxe Package

The deluxe package is just as much fun and includes Bug Themed plates, cups, napkins, spoons, table cover and bug bags for 10 boys & girls. Two games and prizes are also included. All this is yours for $225.

Additional guests are $6/per boy or girl.

Ultimate Party

For the ultimate party, choose the Ultimate Package. $325 will have your friends hanging out with our bugs for 1 1/2 hours, and includes Bug Themed plates, cups, napkins, spoons, blowouts, bug masks, invitations, and bug bags for 15 boys & girls. A table cover, giant party banner with attachments, 1 metallic balloon, 10 of each green & blue balloons, curling ribbon, two games with prizes and a t-shirt for the Birthday Girl or Boy are included as well!

You couldn't ask for a better value! Additional guests are $7/per girl or boy.

With ALL of our packages, you can come to us, or enjoy the fun in the comfort of your own home.

We can add Bug Bags, t-shirts, etc. to any package to suit your party needs!
