Brandon our technician arrived promptly, was courteous, dealt with our mice issues promptly and patiently. His service was above and beyond expected in that he spent time listening to understand.  He was especially kind to our tenent who had concerns also about a type of bug she showed him and squirrels.  Brandon explained everything clearly and took extra time to treat us with the utmost respect. He is a stellar employee!! Thank You!

He also taught me so much about preventing critters by discouraging them and knowing the seasons and what to expect.

Also, whenever I have phoned the company I have been happy with the knowledgable people who answer my questions. In an age when so much is automated this business provides real answers and really capable people to meet your needs.
