How Our Tick, Mosquito & Flea Combo Pest Program Works
Our licensed technicians target the areas where these pests breed and hide, including:
- Trees, shrubs, and planting beds
- Ground cover and shady areas
- Property edges and wooded borders
- Standing water sources (*optional larvicide available)
Applications take place every 2-4 weeks between April and October. Once the spray has dried (about 20-30 minutes), your yard is ready to enjoy again.

Important Notes on Flea Control
Flea control works best when our professional treatment is paired with your preventative care at home.
- Our role: We treat the outdoor areas where fleas live and breed.
- Your role: Keep pets on veterinarian-prescribed flea prevention, wash bedding regularly, and vacuum indoors if fleas are already present.
- Indoor infestations: If you already have fleas in your home, we also offer interior flea treatments as a separate service.
Note: Unique circumstances may require us to use backpack misters for hard-to-reach areas and organic properties. We offer an optional protection as a lawn blanket spray for ticks (additional charge).
